SHIPPING POLICY
At HILS America, we aim to deliver your guitar safely and quickly. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed/handled within 1 business day for the USA Also, we may take 1-3 business days for Canada, Mexico, and other countries. Custom-built or backordered guitars may take longer—estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout or via email. If your order is listed as a pre-order that means that the item has sold out and is not currently in stock, but more items are on the way. Please see the product listing for the approximate delivery time.
2. Shipping Rate & Regions
USA (except Hawaii): Free shipping on orders over $40.
Hawaii, Canada & Mexico: We charge $59 per order and $20 per product.
International: Please enter your address, and you will see the shipping cost at checkout before the payment step.
3. Carriers Used
We primarily ship via UPS. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is fulfilled.
4. Delivery Times
USA: 2–7 business days (Monday-Friday) depending on your location.
Canada/Mexico: 4–9 business days. (Monday-Friday)
The order cut-off time will be 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York)
5. Shipping Damage
If your instrument arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. Email us at info@hilsamerica.com
6. Order Tracking
Once your item ships then we will send you the tracking number through your order email, and then you can track your order.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages (if applicable
is not responsible for lost or stolen packages whose delivery is confirmed to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate.
